A few things to leave at home, since space is limited and we've got you covered:
Yes — a quick brush & spritz refresh or a full grooming service can be added on before pickup.
If your pet is boarding with us for 2 weeks or more, you must pay half of the boarding stay upfront or choose one of our boarding packages. We will also need a photocopy of a valid ID and a card on file.
Our trained Canine Coaches provide constant, direct supervision during all playtime, backed by 24/7 video surveillance and secure perimeter and indoor fencing throughout the facility. We also follow sanitary protocols, manage play and have access to local vets and animal hospitals if ever needed.
Every new dog is assessed before their first daycare visit so our team can understand their personality and group them with the right playmates.
Before joining daycare, every dog undergoes an evaluation that includes:
This helps us create a safe, comfortable, and positive daycare experience for every dog.
Yes — we offer dedicated play groups for reactive and more introverted dogs, so shy or nervous pups are grouped appropriately rather than placed into general play.
Yes. Grooming add-ons like a brush & spritz can be tacked onto a daycare visit, and our Day School Supercharge option gives your dog one-on-one training time with our trainer while they're at daycare or boarding.
Our core services include Full Groom (haircut, bath, nail trim, scent, and bandana), Mini Groom (face, feet & fanny trim plus bath, nail trim, scent, and bandana), Bath & Nails, and Bath Only. We also offer add-ons including nail trimming and buffing, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, gland expression, blueberry facials, de-shedding and de-matting, flea baths, and de-skunk treatments.

We offer teeth brushing, a blueberry facial to brighten fur and remove stains, ear plucking and deep cleaning, nail clipping with optional Dremel, de-shedding and de-matting treatments, and anal gland expression.
Groomers are trained to recognize stress signals, handle sensitive areas such as the ears, paws, and tail carefully, and stop immediately if a dog shows signs of pain or panic.
We do our best to accommodate every dog with patience and care, though particularly challenging pets may require extra handling time. Please call us beforehand so we can discuss your dog's needs.
No — sedation isn't something we administer. We rely on patience, positive reinforcement, and a calm environment instead.
Yes! Add-ons such as teeth brushing, a blueberry facial, nail buffing, or a de-shedding treatment can be added to any Bath Only, Bath & Nails, Mini Groom, or Full Groom service. Just let us know when booking so we can build the right package for your pup.
Our training programs include three core levels — Manners, Obedience, and Off-Leash Recall — plus a Complete Training Bundle, Day School memberships (monthly training subscriptions), private in-home or on-site lessons, and group classes, including a Puppy Head Start class.
Our trainer uses a balanced approach that combines positive reinforcement with proven, structured methods, including humane remote-collar instruction for building off-leash reliability.
Puppies need to have completed their 3rd round of Distemper vaccinations, along with both flu shots and the Bordetella vaccine. Rabies isn't required until your vet administers it.
No — while we take every precaution to keep contagious illness out of our facility, no communicable disease can be completely prevented. Vaccinations strengthen your dog's immune system, reduce the severity of illness, and lower the risk of spreading infection, making them an important part of keeping every pet as safe as possible.
Absolutely. We're equipped to provide customized care for dogs with unique requirements — mobility challenges, incontinence, feeding assistance, specialized injections, or complex medication schedules. Every dog is different, so we tailor our care to fit their individual needs.
Yes. We use slip leads across the facility to safely move dogs between rooms, play yards, grooming areas, and potty breaks — they give our team the safest, most secure way to maintain control while dogs are moving around the property. If your dog can't use a slip lead due to a medical condition (like a collapsed trachea) or is uncomfortable with one, just let our team know in advance so we can make the right accommodation.
If your dog has a pre-existing condition or needs medical care while with us, we'll first try to reach you and your emergency contact. Whenever possible, we use your dog's regular veterinarian; in an emergency, or if your vet is unavailable, we'll arrange treatment through a trusted local emergency vet clinic to protect your dog's health. More detail is available in the Pet Agreement signed at registration.
Reach out and we'll help you choose the right service for your pet, your schedule, and your peace of mind.
