How often should my dog be groomed?
It depends on the coat. Double-coated and curly breeds usually need a full groom every 4-8 weeks, while short-haired dogs may just need periodic baths and nails. We'll recommend a realistic schedule for your dog.
My dog hates the groomer - can you work with that?
That's a lot of the dogs we see. We go slowly, keep it low-stress, and never force a frightened dog. For especially anxious pups, we'll talk through what helps before the appointment.
What's the difference between a Full Groom and a Mini Groom?
A Full Groom is a complete haircut, bath, nails, and finish. A Mini Groom keeps the body coat as-is but tidies the face, feet, and sanitary areas plus bath and nails - great between full grooms.
Do you handle matted coats?
Yes. We'll assess the matting and recommend the most comfortable approach - sometimes a careful de-mat, sometimes a shorter cut if de-matting would hurt. Your dog's comfort decides, and we'll always tell you honestly.
My dog had a run-in with a skunk - can you help?
